In the decade or so we have been going to the gym little has changed. We still do the same old exercises the same way. Technology is only now beginning to enter the mainstream fitness space.
With the rise of wearable technology and the data revolution we can finally change that. We decided to start with an app to track our progress in the gym a simple replacement for the good old workout journal.
